We never switch to an hour billing rate without communicating clearly with you first and getting your permission.

Are there any service you cannot provide?Due to the nature of our business, there are some things our cleaners can not do. We cannot clean bio-hazardous substances such as animal or human bodily fluids (urine, feces, blood, etc.), nor can we clean dangerous or toxic chemicals. We also cannot clean homes that have pests or rodent infestations, and we will only use a ladder in exceptional circumstances.

Do you offer 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?Yes, we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will come back to your home and fix the individual issue.

How much do we charge?If you want an accurate quote, click the link above "Get a Quote". However, you can often negotiate a lower price by leaving certain areas out (like the basement or the kids’ rooms). It may sound strange, but Hassle Free Cleaning will usually charge less if you book them weekly or biweekly. Why? It’s much easier to clean a well-maintained home.

What types of cleaning products do we use?If you’re concerned about environmentally-friendly supplies or family members with allergies. Hassle Free Cleaning will provide gentle, natural, or fragrance-free products but may charge extra to cover the cost unless provided by the customers. If you’d rather want to use your supplies, then make sure that’s not an issue upfront.
